You can choose your favorite patterns, characters or words to create a unique badge according to your personal preference.

Customization RangeWe support various creative elements including character illustrations, logos, background scenes, limited edition numbering, and more. Pantone, CMYK, and RGB color modes are accepted, with color difference proofing provided.

File FormatsVector or layered files in AI, PDF, or PSD formats are recommended. If JPG/PNG files are provided, vectorization assistance is available. A resolution of ≥300 DPI is advised.

• Sizes & Versions:

  The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 50 pieces. Tiered discounts are available for orders of 100 / 500 / 1000 pieces. Custom limited serial numbers or blind box combinations can be added.

• Packaging Upgrades: Options include cardstock backboards, tin boxes, gift boxes, blind box sets, and more. These can be paired with marketing components such as QR code cards, lottery tickets, and instruction manuals.

• Pricing & Invoicing: Prices are calculated based on material, craftsmanship, and quantity. Value-added tax specialized invoices can be issued. Long-term cooperation partners are eligible for exclusive discounts.

Submission of DraftsDrafts can be submitted via online upload. For multiple images, compressed files, PSD files, or cloud storage links are accepted. A dedicated customer service representative will provide ongoing support and revision feedback.

1. Submit Design Draft / Concept Sketch → Confirm requirements and materials.

2. Prototype Sampling (if needed): Approximately 5-7 days for sampling and effect confirmation.

3. Mass Production: 10-15 days, depending on the craftsmanship and quantity.

4. Quality Inspection, Packaging, Labeling & Quantity Verification.

5. Shipping: Options include DHL/FedEx/UPS/Sea Freight/Air Freight. We provide logistics tracking and customs clearance assistance.

The standard MOQ is 50 pieces, with a monthly production capacity exceeding 60,000 pieces. Expedited production and batch delivery can be arranged based on project needs.
